 The Catalogue of Solutions and Developers has received an official support by Federal Agency on Information Technologies
The interest to the high-tech segments of the economy of Russia has become efficiently high in recent years. Problems involved in IT development have been discussing on the governmental high level. In this field there is a need to knowledge in the resources of industry for formation the right state strategy.
The essential step in this field of activity has become cooperation with IT business of Federal Agency of Information Technology. One of the main tasks of Agency’s activities - to provide state services in the sphere of information technology as well as using the information technology for formation of state information resources and providing access to it.
The results of negotiations between the heads of Federal Agency of Information Technology and “Silicon Taiga” Alliance became the decision of Federal Agency in support of the Catalogue of Program Solutions and Software Developers issue. The official status of the directory gives an opportunity to attract partners for it development effectively. For its part, Agency will receive the necessary information for the formation of state program development of IT industry directly from the developers. Representatives of Agency became a part of Catalogue’s editorial board.
For today, the information compiled for Catalogue allows to talk that 60% of the companies - participants of the project - have the ready solutions in companies’ assets. Moreover, most of the companies propose the full lines of products. Other companies specialize in providing the services in software development. The fields of products applying are various but the most tendencies - business applications. The companies that use the utility business model propose the large list of directions in which they are ready to develop the software.
Availability of such directory is important for all participants of the market; therefore, “Silicon Taiga” invites all interested parties and companies to Catalogue’s development.
